Return Process

Defective products: This applies when the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or otherwise defective.
Customer regret: This applies when the customer has purchased the wrong product, it does not fit, or they no longer want the item.
Once your return request is approved, we will give you further instructions on how to return your items.
Return Shipping Costs
For defective products: We will cover the actual cost of return shipping.
For customer regret: You are responsible for the actual cost of return shipping.
No restocking fee
We do not charge a restocking fee for returned items.
Refund Processing.
Once we have received your item and it has undergone inspection, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 14 days. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund has been processed.
